On behalf of the Steering Committee, we take pleasure in inviting you to the XX CSDS Meeting, which will be held in Rhodes, Greece, 20-23 September 2012.
Our society has traditionally taken an interdisciplinary, multi-scale approach into tackling cardiovascular disease. For more than thirty years, we unite clinicians, physiologists/physicists, life scientists and engineers to discuss and debate on integrated approaches to understanding and fighting cardiovascular disease. This coming year, we are putting together an exciting meeting to address current cardiovascular diseases, which are at the core interests of our society.

Rhodes is a wonderful location for the CSDS-2012. Easily reached by plane, Rhodes is one of the most beautiful Greek islands, rich in culture, history and with a sublime nature. September is optimal for sightseeing and enjoying the sea. The conference will be held near the city of Rhodes, a beautiful city and one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
