ABSTRACTS GUIDELINES
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 1 JUNE 2012 - NEW!!
You may wish to submit your abstract for:
A. Oral communication for young investigators
B. Free oral communication
C. Poster
D. Any of the Awards (Sagawa, Westerhof or Yellin award)
Oral communication for young investigators is reserved for graduate students and post docs. Space for free oral presentations is limited, so a poster presentation may be proposed instead. CSDS values poster presentations and ample time will be given to poster presenters to show their work.
If you consider competing for any of the awards, you need to submit an abstract and the required full manuscript by the specific award submission deadline. See the section on Call For Awards for further details

Authors are kindly requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. The abstract must be written in English.
2. The presenting author's name should be first.
3. Refer to authors’ name according to institution with an asterisk.
e.g. Surname* Name A., Surname** Name B., Surname* Name C.
* Institution A
** Institution B
Do not use superscripts.
4. The title of the article should be written in capitals, be concise and contain the main contents of the abstract.
5. The allowed maximum characters are 2500 (about 250-300 words). Do not include any blank lines, and do not give subheadings in the text. Do not include tables or figures. Do not underline, italicize or embolden any word.
